How long does the SelectValet Gift Voucher last?

All SelectValet Gift Vouchers expire in 12 months from date of issue, so please make sure you redeem the voucher within 12 months.

Do I need to pay an extra price if the service package price increases during the 12 months time?

No, we will guarantee the service package value for 12 months regardless if of any  price increase during that period.

Could there be an “extra cost” from the operator when redeeming the Gift Voucher?

We can not guarantee there will not be any "extra cost" when using the Gift Voucher.   We provide a quote over the phone based on the information you have provided that includes the size of the vehicle and how dirty it is. Unless you tell us differently we assume the vehicle is in a normal condition and has previously been regularly cleaned. Our operators will only charge extra if the car is excessively dirty or an extra service is requested that is not included in the package description.
